This is a super antique George V sterling silver hallmarked purse measuring 4 3/4" (12 cm) across x 2 1/4" (6 cm) and hallmarked for Chester 1919 with the silversmiths mark for James Clark & John Sewell.
It has a pretty swags and bows decoration on both sides and there are no inscriptions or monograms.
The inside is lined in brown leather and the whole item inside and out is in excellent condition (any marks in the photos are just reflections).
This lovely purse will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
